Design Orchard Incubator, Singapore

The 2½-storey mall designed by WOHA Architects features a simple elegant reinforced concrete off-form construction that acts as both envelope and structure. Located at the intersection of Orchard Road and Cairnhill Road, the mall includes a retail showcase, incubation spaces, and a rooftop cafe and events space.​

With its minimalist architecture, our precision engineering and construction know-how of the mall’s feature walls were required, particularly in the design and casting of their porthole apertures that provided both natural ventilation to the interior and views of shop displays.
